Sidelights:
Everything has its due date. One of the most consistent batting line up in the IPL is from the CSK and yesterday it failed. The way McCullum and Smith played their games it was looking like both of them playing on a different pitch. McCullum was struggling while Smith was at his ease. Then came the collapse but Jadeja and Ashwin put the things to gather and helped their team to reach a respectable total of 140. On a slow low pitch what RR had to do was to plan the chase but when Jadeja took both the main stay of RR innings, Samson and Watson RR just lost the plan somewhere and despite some hitting by Kulkarni in the end they lost to CSK by 7 runs.
