Sidelights:
At last the Mumbai Indians can show the world few points against their name on the points table. It seems that they were missing the home crowd support in the UAE and once they are back to Wankhede, they not only won a game but also kept their winning streak at the home ground, going. KXIP could have make 15-20 runs more as their batsmen failed to build on what Wriddhiman Saha and Maxwell gave them the platform. The last couple of overs bowled by MI bowlers were just brilliant. MI had a not so good start but then their middle order came in to the play this time and hold the innings to gather. Pollard and Tare did what was needed from them and gave their team a late but important and a special win.
